Simplicity

The Fireye Simplicity 65UV5-serie is a compact flame detector and is approved for continuous operation. It features a UV tube that responds to ultraviolet radiation and has a new developed electromechanical test aperture. The 65UV5 compact flame scanner has a built-in flame relay with a fixed ON / OFF threshold, eliminating the need for an external evaluation device (flame amplifier). A color-coded internal LED indicates detected flame stability (various flicker frequencies to continuous glow) and fault condition.

UV tube with electromechanical test aperture, supply voltage 24VDC, analog output 4…20mA (Source), safety time depending on version 1 or 3-4 seconds (fixed), process connection 1″ with BSP or NPT female thread (depending on model), purge air connection 3/4″, temperature range -40°C to +65°C, NEMA 4X, IP66 housing, fault relay, LED indication. The electrical connection is via a plug connection.
