HZG53

The HZG53-HEB portable high-energy manual igniter is used for safe manual ignition of gas and light oil burners in refineries, on industrial furnaces in the steel industry and in the petrochemical industry. It consists of electronics, a 2kV ignition generator and a battery charger. The portable unit is equipped with a push button to start the ignition process.

The HZG53-HEB-INT version has a short adapter piece with an internal thread on the housing. The total length is variable by using extension tubes. The optional extension tube on the HZG53-HEB version is screwed directly into the connection box. The end piece with the prepared high-voltage cable and the ignition tip holder is mounted on the end of the tube. The replaceable ignition tip is then screwed on.

HZG1000-Ex-0.8

The portable high-energy hand-held igniter consists of a 2kV ignition generator with electronics and can be used in an ATEX environment for zone 1. To generate an ignition spark, the ignition button must be unlocked and kept pressed. It is used for safe ignition of gas and light oil burners in refineries, steel industry and petrochemical industry. The ignition electrode is available in two different lengths.

BZ-V 24TK

The portable high-energy hand-held igniter BZ -V 24 TK has been designed in accordance with practical requirements for safe ignition of gas and oil burners in refineries, on industrial furnaces in the steel industry and in the petrochemical industry. It consists of an aluminum die-cast housing with carrying handle, push-button and carrying strap, in which the power electronics, as well as two maintenance-free, sealed lead accumulators are installed. They are suitable for use with frequent charge / discharge cycles.
