The ZSH high energy ignition system is used for direct ignition for most gaseous or liquid fuels used in oil or gas igniters or main burners. The high energy ignition system is available in a variety of designs. To ensure optimum operation, the first part of the ignition tip must always be in an ignitable fuel-air mixture under all operating conditions.

Features
The standard version consists of a high-energy ignition unit with tube receptacle, the ignition tip adapter and an exchangeable ignition tip if a compact design is required. The electrical connection of the ignition electrode is made directly in the high-energy ignition unit.
The remote version consists of a high-energy ignition unit, an ignition cable routed through a flexible metal protective hose between the high-energy ignition unit and the ignition electrode (consisting of ignition tip adapter and replaceable ignition tip). The electrical connection of the ignition electrode is made in a junction box and directly in the high-energy ignition unit.
The remote, plug-in version consists of a high-energy ignition unit, an ignition cable routed through a flexible metal protective hose between the high-energy ignition unit and the ignition electrode (consisting of ignition tip adapter and replaceable ignition tip). The electrical connection is made with pre-assembled high-voltage connectors on the ignition unit and the junction box with the ignition electrode. The electrical connection of the ignition electrode is made in the junction box.
The BZ-V 230 high-energy igniter has been designed in accordance with practical requirements for the safe ignition of gas and oil burners in refineries, on industrial furnaces in the steel industry and in the petrochemical industry. It consists of a die-cast aluminum housing in which the electronics are installed and a high-energy ignition electrode with replaceable spark plug. Both units are connected by a high voltage cable. The design allows the unit to be used as a stationary unit which, in conjunction with a pneumatic pull-back device, enables fully automatic ignition.

Features
The compact ignition modules of the 0602 series for 24VDC supply voltage and 0802 series for 115VAC or 230VAC generate regularly clocked DC ignition pulses of 2kV. The ignition energy is between 2 and 8 joules, depending on the version. The electronics are built into a
thermoplastic housing with a connection socket for DIN rail mounting. The devices are suitable for ignition of pilot burners on furnaces and
torches.

The IZG 70 high energy ignition device is used to ignite gas flames by using high-energy spark plugs. Due to its supply voltage of 12-24 VDC, it can also be used in mobile systems. Ignition takes place as long as the supply voltage is applied. With the IZG70 the cables are permanently connected, the IZG70-QD version is designed as a quick disconnect version. Based on high frequency technology, an ignition cable length of up to 50m is possible.

Features
The thyristor continous ignition module of type 0600 / 0800 generate regularly clocked DC ignition pulses of 2kV. They are suitable for igniting pilot or pilot burners on furnaces and flares. The ignition energy is 8 joules. The compact igniter type 0600 is available with a supply voltage of 24VDC.The compact igniter type 0800 is alternatively available with the supply voltage of 110-120VAC 50/60 Hz.
